God’s Promise to the Righteous

 He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him; He also will hear their cry and save them. The LORD preserves all who love Him, but all the wicked He will destroy. - Psalm 145:19–20

Those who fear the Lord and those who love Him are the same people. They have their desires fulfilled, prayers answered, salvation, and preservation. They experience all of this because they have both the fear of God and love for Him. The desire of those who fear God is sanctification, and that desire is definitely fulfilled.
These verses draw attention to the contrasts between those who love the Lord and those who are wicked. In essence, those who do not love God are classified as wicked. The word "all" is encouraging. The Lord preserves not many of those who love Him, but all of them, and He destroys not most of the wicked, but all the wicked.
