"He does not fear bad news; his heart is steadfast, trusting in the LORD." - Psalm 112:7
The person who is not afraid of bad news is the one who fears God (Psalm 112:1). He is not afraid of bad news because he has believed the good news. He is not afraid because his heart is steadfast, and his heart is steadfast because he trusts in the Lord. His fearlessness is built on a firm foundation: God's power, wisdom, mercy, love, and holiness. In an age filled with bad news, God's children remain unshaken.
