Humility, a sin-killer

"Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility consider one another as more important than yourselves." - Philippians 2:3

If I fulfill this commandment, I will have fulfilled all the "one another" commandments.

Humility is also a sin-killer; it mortifies many works of the flesh: envy, anger, strife. It eradicates backbiting, selfishness, pride, self-righteousness, grumbling, and gossip.

If I consider all of God's children as better and more important than myself, I will not sin against them.
