Who wouldn't want to work for such a person? His greeting is not merely a formality but a sincere expression of kindness. Boaz wishes his employees the very best: the presence of God. In turn, the workers reciprocate with heartfelt blessings: 'May the Lord bless you.' In this workplace, where God's presence is valued above all else, the work will undoubtedly be blessed.
