A mind to work

 So we built the wall, and the entire wall was joined together up to half its height, for the people had a mind to work. Nehemiah 4:6

Efficiency in work does not depend only on skills, talent, and knowledge, but what truly matters is the heartfelt dedication one brings to their labor; the workers should work not out of obligation, but they should have the mind to work.

When you have a mind to work, neither opposition, nor obstacles, nor unfavorable circumstances will stop the work. People have a mind to work when they realize the importance of that work, when doing that work is an honor and a privilege for them.
